Technical & Medical services
We obviously hope that you will be able to finish the Amstel Gold Race without any equipment failure or crashes. Nevertheless, better be safe than sorry! In case something happens, do not hesitate to contact our emergency centre. The emergency centre is available via this number +31 (0)43 204 11 59
Equipment failure
In case there are any problems with your bike, you can get help at any support station/resting point.There will be a team of experienced mechanics, that will do anything in their power to get you on the road again. There are a few possibilities when you need help on the road. On behalf of the organization, motorcyclists are also present on the routes to assist you and are able to help you with small reparations. In case they can’t fix the problem, you can always contact our emergency centre. The dispatchers will send one of our top mechanics to your exact location. If they are not able to fix the problem, then they will also make sure that you come back to the finish/parking lot.

Medical Emergency service
For all the incidents that require medical attention, there will be a medical service on stand-by. Next to this, you can also get medical attention at a few of the support stations/resting points. If you require medical attention on the road, you can call the emergency centre via +31 (0)43 201 11 59. In case of acute need of medical assistance, DO NOT HESITATE to call 112. The 112 posts and the emergency centre have a direct line with each other.
Infodesk
On Friday 18th and Saturday 19th of April, you are able to collect your starting belongings at Shimano Experience Center in Valkenburg. Via E-mail, we have forwarded your own starting number. With the help of this number and with the help of the signs above the info-desks, you will be able to know exactly at which info-desk you need to be.

Parking
There are two parking lots for participants available in Sibbe. You can park your car here for only € 7,00 for the whole day. It is only possible to pay by debit card.
In case that you are using GPS, navigate to the Rijksweg 4 in Berg en Terblijt. As soon as you reach closer to the event location, you will be guided by big signing signs. These will guide you to the exact parking spot.
Participants from business teams will receive adapted information about the parking spot possibility. This information will be received via e-mail or their team captain.
Finish area & deposit cups
After crossing the finish line, you will be welcomed at our finish area in Vilt. We are working with deposit cups again. Make sure you deposit your cup in the bins provided.
The finish and finish area close at 7 PM.
Code of conduct
As a participant of our event, you are a guest in Limburg. We would therefore urge you to observe the rules of conduct and -decency below:
• Participants should behave like all other road users and do not take an exceptional position. All traffic rules apply and should be respected. The police will criminally enforce dangerous behaviour and carry out checks for this purpose. If requested by the police, the organisation will provide data on participants.
• In addition, we will use traffic controllers to keep everything on track. Following their instructions is compulsory.
• As an organisation, we are in close contact with public services. Improper behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in exclusion from current and future editions.
• Deposit waste in the appropriate waste bins, not in nature.
• Please use the sanitary facilities as available at many venues. Doing your need in nature or someone's garden is unacceptable and will result in exclusion from future editions.
• Finally, perhaps superfluously, have respect for fellow road users.
