    Het bedrijventeam arrangement voor de Toerversie Amstel Gold Race 2024 is volledig uitverkocht! Helaas zijn we niet langer in staat om nieuwe aanmeldingen te verwerken, gezien het overweldigende aantal inschrijvingen. Het is echter wel mogelijk om je bedrijf aan te melden voor de reservelijst door een mail te sturen naar inschrijven@amstelgoldrace.nl. Bedrijven op de reserve lijst ontvangen halverwege februari bericht of ze alsnog deel kunnen nemen aan het bedrijventeam arrangement.

    Ook dit jaar is er weer een uniek hospitality arrangement tijdens de Toerversie Amstel Gold Race. 'Toerversie Bedrijventeam' is hét ideale personeelsuitje of een sportieve dag voor bedrijven en hun relaties of groepen die net iets meer willen dan reguliere deelname.

    • 14:00-18:00 uur Pastabuffet in bedrijventeamruimte

    Locatie: Het VIP paviljoen is terug te vinden in het finishdorp op de Rijksweg (Vilt). Volg de borden naar het terrein.

    Parkeerkaarten De parkeerkaarten die horen bij het arrangement (1 parkeerkaart per 2 deelnemers) worden separaat per e-mail naar de teamcaptain verzonden. De teampcaptain dient deze parkeerkaarten voorafgaand aan het evenement te verspreiden.

    Polsbandje Eén van de voorwerpen die bij je startbescheiden terug te vinden is, is een polsbandje. Zorg dat je dit vóór aanvang van het programma van de captain krijgt. Zonder polsbandje krijg je geen toegang tot het VIP-paviljoen (ook niet heel even)! Vergeet je polsbandje dus ook niet in het hotel! We kunnen geen uitzonderingen maken!

      The business team package for the 2024 Tourversion Amstel Gold Race is completely sold out! Unfortunately, we are no longer able to process new registrations due to the overwhelming number of registrations. However, it is possible to register your company for the reserve list by sending an email to inschrijven@amstelgoldrace.nl. Companies on the reserve list will be notified in early February whether they can still participate in the business team package.

      This year there is again a unique hospitality arrangement during the Amstel Gold Race Tour Version. ‘SPORTIVE BUSINESS TEAM’ is the ideal team outing or a sporty day for companies and their relations or groups who want something more than regular participation.

      • Reserved parking near the VIP pavilion

      • Reserved secured bicycle storage

      • Team photo with podium hostesses

      Expected Program on Saturday, April 13

      • From 07:00 AM Reception with breakfast in the company team area

      • 09:30-11:00 AM Start of the Amstel Gold Race Tour Version for company teams

      • 2:00-6:00 PM Pasta buffet in the company team area

      Location: The VIP pavilion can be found in the finish area on Rijksweg (Vilt). Follow the signs to the venue.

      Parking Tickets: The parking tickets that are part of the package (1 parking ticket per 2 participants) will be sent separately via email to the team captain. The team captain must distribute these parking tickets to participants prior to the event.

      Wristband: One of the items included in your starting materials is a wristband. Make sure to obtain this from the captain before the start of the program. Without the wristband, you will not have access to the VIP pavilion (not even briefly)! Don't forget your wristband in the hotel! We cannot make any exceptions!
